Crash kills one, injures four
King County authorities are investigating a collision late Saturday between a powerboat and sailboat in Quartermaster Harbor off Vashon Island that left one person dead and four others injured.
Authorities said the powerboat with several people aboard was traveling about a mile off the island when it struck the sailboat which was moored with no lights.
